Frequently Asked Questions

 YES we are Cruelty Free. None of our products have been tested on Animals.  

 YES. All our products are Vegan and have no animal derived ingredients  

We strongly advise you to read through the ingredients list on the product page before you make a purchase. If you are still unsure after you receive your order we strongly advise you do a patch test 24 to 48 hours before normal use. This can be done by applying a small amount of the product to a section of skin. This can be on the inside of your wrist. If you exhibit any signs of an allergic reaction please wash the area with warm water and discontinue use. Immediately seek advice from a medical professional.  

Currently we only ship to the UK. You can register by email to get notified once we start international shipments.

Items can be added to your cart by clicking “add to cart” on the product page. Once added you can review your cart by clicking the small cart icon on the top right hand side of the page.  

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items must be in a good, unused condition. Please contact us via email to care@sykea.co.uk for a returns number if you would like to initiate a refund. You must cover the cost of postage for the return. Once your return has been processed and returned items have been inspected you will be issued a refund. Further information is available in our Terms and Conditions page.  

Please allow 2-4 days for us to process and dispatch your order. Once shipped,
domestic orders within the UK should arrive in 2-5 Business days. International
shipping times
can vary greatly depending on delivery location.   

 YES. All our packaging is eco-friendly and can be recycled which we encourage all our customers to do..
